i get about 50fps at 4k high/medium settings with a GTX770, so id expect you to be getting better than that. not sure how CPU bound it is though.

It seems it's likely your CPU that's causing the issue with your G3258.

It seems your CPU might be having trouble. The R9 280 performs similarly to your 760, and you were achieving about 60 frames per second before the game started.
