My Computer's Specifications
AMD A10 6750k Quad Core 4.0 Ghz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Corsair Vengeance 8 Gb Dual Channel 2400 Mhz (though speccy shows 665 Mhz)
AMD Radeon HD 7870
Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H Mobo
1 TB Hard Drive
My cooler is oriented vertically, expelling air from the back; temperatures appear normal. I’m checking if it’s possible to overclock my A10 and how much would be safe.

No one can provide an answer since the chips react differently. You'll just need to try and observe.

Zerk has already explained that each chip has a different silicone quality, so we can't provide a precise answer. However, with your cooling system, it might be possible to reach 4.2 to 4.4.
