Hi, with your FX-8320e at 3.6GHz and the setup you described, the main limitation would likely be related to the motherboard or power supply.

MB due to weak VRM section, but 4GHz should still work. The "E" model has low power consumption initially, and as long as you don’t need to increase voltage much, everything should be okay.
