Hey, I've bought an R7 250 a while back. I'm considering getting a new GPU but don't have enough funds. I'm thinking about overclocking instead. What's the lowest power required for that? My current specs are: CPU i3 4th gen, RAM 4 GB, GPU R7 250 1 GB DDR4.
