I am preparing to purchase a Windows license for my PC. The current situation with Windows 11 and its strict hardware demands is confusing, especially since I was following these discussions when it launched. My AMD Ryzen 5 2400G is flagged as unsupported by the health check app. My main concerns are:
1. What performance would it deliver?
2. Will it receive updates?
Alternatively, should I opt for a Windows 10 license instead?

Are you constructing a new PC using that CPU? If not, what system are you currently using?
Obtain a valid WIn 10 license. You may upgrade to version 11 at no cost later, if desired.

It's not a brand-new PC. The license isn't valid, which has slowed down my system significantly.
If I purchase Windows 11 and later upgrade my CPU, will the updates then begin?

Obtain a valid Windows 10 version first. Afterward, once you have a compatible CPU, it will begin asking if you want to upgrade to Windows 11 at no cost.

I don't have details about your hardware or operating system, but when I start Windows 10 Pro, I see a warning about not being able to upgrade to Windows 11 and it suggests buying a new machine. That's not what I want.
