What is the better PC choice?
You're evaluating two options for your first PC build: a prebuilt model and a custom setup. Both are priced similarly, but differences in components like RAM, storage, and SSD size could impact performance. Considering your experience level, it might be practical to opt for a prebuilt unit despite minor compromises in cost and specifications.
If your main purpose is gaming, understanding your resolution would be very useful to us. Nvidia plans to launch three new GPUs next month. Check the reviews for the RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB. https://www.techpowerup.com/316842/...er...-confirmed Based on that, I would set up the build this way. Swap the 140mm fan included with this case for the 140mm ARGB fan below. Thanks for the clear explanation. I should have started by noting that I have 5x - 4K monitors at 60fps, which means the KF version of the CPU won't work. I need to be able to power all monitors off the onboard GPU. Also, 64GB is the bare minimum I require. I don't play games, so it's more of a stock trading setup—perhaps the graphics card can be downsized and saved space.
