I have an Intel 6600K. It didn't come with an "Intel Stock" fan.
Used PC prices depend heavily on your local market conditions... whatever that is.
Be ready to negotiate or accept half of your desired amount if you don't want to. Consider 200 or 250 instead of 400 to 500.
You could try an eBay auction with a minimum bid of around 100 and see how it goes. A search for completed sales might show you what similar machines have sold for.
You might achieve better results by selling the parts separately, though that would require more effort.
Be ready to receive few or no offers.
I don't think you can install an 11 Pro on a 6600K without special methods. I assume that's what you did.

In fact, whether a CPU has a Stock fan depends on where you bought it and if they offered it as an option.
The problem I notice with the 6th gen is an unsupported operating system. Otherwise, it should cost around $200 in my local area. The 9th gen also offered an upgrade route and was on a supported platform. Even so, I wouldn't likely attempt it beyond about $250 without an iGPU. Speaking of which, the market here near Atlanta, GA is quite challenging due to high demand.
Wow... Your prices are significantly lower than I anticipated. If I were to build each of these PCs myself using parts from eBay, each would cost around $400-500 or more, not counting labor or the operating system. That’s a lot of savings! I suppose I’ll keep them in the garage alongside the other eight PCs I’ve owned over the years.
