Developing a concept that blends space simulation, first-person shooter gameplay, economic management, and more—still under construction.

I received it at no cost using my GPU... I haven’t installed it yet to test it. I’d like to use it, but it’s not set up yet, so I’ll hold off.

I’d suggest waiting to pay for it. It’s far from complete and offers little genuine gameplay. Right now it feels like just a shell, and given the current situation, it might never really develop. Those developers with questionable backgrounds and a habit of misleading fans should be a big red flag for anyone interested.

It didn’t take long. @fiberzs, he’s just reminding you to do your own work and form your own opinions. Don’t follow anyone—especially those who might sway your thinking.

It's interesting how a game with a lengthy creation period ended up being so great... *cough* Duke Nukem

I often feel lost when I don’t understand things. Sometimes you open your eyes, glance at the headlines, and learn about a fresh version of TES that’s out now—after what seems like ages. It brings a sense of satisfaction.

I understand the bias exists, but the progress on Star Citizen remains relatively limited so far when compared to other games. We’re aware of the development from the beginning with Star Citizen. Fallout 4 seems to have started right after Fallout 3 was finished, spanning roughly 8 years (2008–2016). If you move from Skyrim to Fallout 4, it’s around 5 years. I wouldn’t consider the development timelines particularly long yet.

It's quite a long time since a polished game has been released. EliteBig Grinangerous followed a similar path to Star Citizen, beginning development through crowdfunding in 2012. They targeted a release in 2014 and succeeded. Although they secured less funding than Star Citizen, they managed to deliver a finished product that continues to receive new features.
