I have two 8GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3600, but I'm feeling a bit mixed up about the CAS latency. I need to purchase the exact kit again, though I can't find it. CPU-Z shows my CL as "15.0 Clocks," while NZXT-CAM lists the RAM model as "3600C20" with a CL of 20. It also mentions timing values of 15-15-15-36, but I'm not sure what they mean. The Newegg listing says the CL is 20, but I don't know which source to trust.

CL stands for the initial figure, which is 15. This value remains unchanged since you're not using the 3600MHz speed but instead the standard 2133MHz, meaning XMP was not activated.

Dram speed is shown as 1064, which is twice the double data rate. Your RAM is operating at 2133 MHz rather than 3600MHz. Adjust your motherboard's BIOS settings and enable XMP.
