I have researched and viewed videos of individuals utilizing identical configurations to mine (excluding their SSDs, while I possess an HDD) and observed a threefold increase in frames per second, even when employing elevated settings compared to my current usage.

Specifications:
Ryzen 5 2600
GTX 1060 3GB
2x4 2400MHz
1TB TOSHIBA 7200RPM

I consistently achieve approximately 10 to 60 frames per second in Rust, contingent upon maps and utilizing the lowest possible settings. Conversely, other players operate with higher settings and attain frame rates between 90 and 140. Can someone please assist me in diagnosing this discrepancy?

What are the GPU and CPU temperature values during gaming? What power supply unit are you utilizing? At what screen resolution are you gaming—1080p? Are you using Windows 10 OS? Do other PC games, besides RUST, also experience performance issues on your system? Attempt a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers or revert to previous driver versions if necessary.

Temperatures are within the normal range for average temperatures. I’m utilizing an EVGA 500W1 power supply with a screen resolution of 1280x1024 while running Windows 10 version 1903. All other PC games operate without issues, but Rust exhibits problems.
