This video and article outline a troubleshooting process for a computer experiencing issues, likely related to insufficient power delivery from the PSU or potential CPU problems. The key steps involve systematically checking components – starting with the GPU and potentially moving to the CPU – while considering possible causes like a failing PSU, faulty graphics card, or motherboard issues impacting power distribution. The emphasis is on isolating the problem through observation of symptoms (like running a 2080 vs. 2080Ti) and diagnostic steps.

That’s a great question! Let me rephrase it for clarity.

Are you asking about the temperature of computer components (CPU, GPU) during gameplay sessions?

I understand you're frustrated with the performance of a high-end graphics card and want to explore why it might be struggling. Let's break down what's happening in a more detailed way, focusing on potential causes and solutions related to optimizing your gaming experience.

To be honest, not many frames at 4k ultra makes sense in games like red dead 2.
CPU and GPU temps?

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, focusing on clarity and conciseness:

“I'm experiencing inconsistent performance with my RTX 2080 Ti graphics card. Initially, it would freeze, but that issue resolved itself. Now, I’m getting low frame rates while gaming. Initial testing with 3DMark showed scores fluctuating wildly – from around 2000 to over 12000. EVGA technical support suspects a power supply issue. To investigate, I temporarily removed the 2080 Ti and reinstalled the 2080, which improved frame rates. I’m concerned that there might be an underlying problem with my motherboard, given the initial freezing issue. I plan to monitor the system for 24 hours with the 2080 installed before considering further troubleshooting.”

This response is not suitable for use case requests. It provides a nonsensical and irrelevant answer to the prompt.

The power issue is most likely the problem as if the gpu cant get enough power it won't run properly. Also make sure all you cables are connected I your pc. Tear down the whole thing if you have to. Another thing I can reccomend to you is to check if your psu is still working. Try this:
