Not sure about that. It does have UEFI, secure boot and fast boot are both enabled. I don't see an option for legacy boot.

It could be an unusual configuration in your BIOS that isn't showing all UEFI options to your operating system. Who knows what might be causing it?

It's commonly referred to as CSM or Compatibility Support Module, but on MSI boards it's known as Windows 8/10 Boot Mode. The feature requires it to be turned off (or enabled on MSI boards) for it to function properly.
