So I own this laptop. It seems it only handles 120hz at 1080p through its HDMI port. Should I opt for a UB-C to HDMI adapter or should I keep the monitor at its full 144hz refresh rate? Would using the adapter introduce enough input lag to offset the benefits, making it less effective?
