When you pick a country that isn't yours, does Microsoft only change the ads, weather, or clock at first when setting up Windows 10 or 11? Does everything else stay the same? I need some help answering this. Thanks!

It might happen that your computer gets the right time and place from somewhere else instead of your actual location. If this happens and the clock is wrong for you, some websites or apps won't work well because they can't match up with where you actually are.
