The distinction between COEM and OEM isn't clear to me, though I know the C stands for Commercial.

From what I understand, it seems to be an OEM version of Windows 8, though I'm not entirely certain. It might involve a different licensing arrangement, such as a commercial license key. I don't have all the details.

I still don’t have a clear picture, but from what I saw in the link, it seems to be an ordinary OEM model.
