What has been confirmed from PCB to BIOS?

I checked the ASUS CPU support page for the ROG Strix X570 E. The "validated since PCB" section shows all entries marked as "ALL." This likely means the system hasn't recorded any validation data yet for that board since it was manufactured. It could be a placeholder or pending status until testing is complete.

Confirmed since pcb (based on my understanding) — it should work with the CPU right out of the box. After the BIOS update, compatibility might change slightly.

I think it's validated because PCB indicates the CPU functions as expected since the motherboard was introduced, essentially matching the original BIOS release. Validated since BIOS means the CPU works properly after upgrading to a newer BIOS version.

All PCB updates are compatible (in case multiple exist). Occasionally, various hardware versions share the same board type.

I think Kilrah is correct, it probably means that all versions of a motherboard support that CPU. On some, or all I'm not sure, motherboards there is a version number, usually v1.0. If the manufacturer needs to change something about the motherboard, they will make a new version, like v1.1 or v2.0 or something similar.
