What happens when BSOD appears after stopping the test in AIDA64?
I recently assembled a PC using refurbished components. I began conducting stress tests on the CPU and RAM (CPU+FPU+Cache+RAM). The tests proceeded smoothly for about ten minutes, but when I pressed Stop, the system froze abruptly and displayed a BSOD (PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA). I didn’t overclock any part, and I haven’t been able to recreate the issue. I’m being careful since I plan to sell this machine. Anyone know what might be causing this?

Specs:
ASUS B85M-G
Intel Core i5-4670
4 x 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
Gigabyte RX 580 4GB
Chieftec 500W PSU
Perform additional tests, possibly due to Aida's error. OCCT works well.
