Unfortunately with a GT730 not alot. You could probably play ga.es like DOTA and Rocket League at acceptable quality and framerates. CSGO will also probably run but at lower settings.
Keep an eye out on the used market for a RX570 or RX580. They are routinely well below 100USD. Also GTX960s 970s and even 980s are cheap these days

that cpu is actually really good
but the gpu is.. barely enough for office use.
rocket league, dota, league of legends, csgo
maybe, MAYBE overwatch, if on 720p.

, with different wording:

Looking to build a PC for competitive gaming? You’ll want graphics cards that can handle demanding titles like DOTA or Rocket League. While high-end cards will provide the best experience, you can find decent options at lower prices.

Consider older models like the RX 570 and RX 580 – these are frequently available used for under $100! You might also find a good deal on GTX 960s, 970s, or even 980s. These cards can still deliver playable framerates in many games, especially if you're willing to adjust the settings. Don’t expect top-tier performance, but they offer an affordable entry point for gaming.
