Sadly, we're discussing graphics that are almost 20 years old and integrated. These are typically found on office computers. You should generally be able to run most programs from before 2000. From 2002 to 2004, AAA titles will begin to pose challenges. Most casual games up to around 2010 will still work well, but beyond that the experience will decline rapidly. The quality of graphics will vary greatly depending on your preferences and expectations. There were many excellent titles before 2004, 2002, 2000, or even 1995, but you'll need to be selective about what you expect to see.

I was operating a mechanical hard drive until about 2011. The games I had would rely on good hard drive performance. In 2007, solid-state drives were quite costly and compact, typically reserved for boot drives, while games ran on standard hard drives.
