It depends on the FPS you're comfortable with. If you can adjust smoothly across different games, you can set a higher graphics setting instead of reducing quality. For instance, my PC struggles with Metro Exodus at 60fps continuously, so I cap it at 40-45 for steady performance without stuttering. As a console gamer, low FPS doesn't really impact my experience, and I enjoyed Witcher 3 at 32fps by capping the whole game at maximum settings. It all comes down to your comfort level.

It will rely on the resolution...but at 1080p, which is likely the standard...that should support playing most games at that quality. And depending on the game, you might achieve 60 fps on ultra settings, while others may require you to reduce the settings to reach that frame rate.
