If you intend to purchase additional memory, consider 16GB “2X8”; however, it’s best to remain with your current 12GB, as adding more would be pointless if it ultimately results in a total of 8GB.

Several compromises are probably necessary due to the variety of adjustable settings available.

Consider, for instance:

I’m interested in understanding the 12 GB of memory – it might not be the best choice. Could it be 8 GB plus 4 GB, or perhaps three 4 GB sticks? Also, what motherboard are you using?

Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 paired with an Intel Core i3-9100F
1080p Ultra setting
55+ frames per second
This game was created to function effectively on a diverse range of equipment, and this accessibility was a key element in its broad appeal compared to several graphically demanding first-person shooters.

Here’s a revised version of the text:

The primary memory effect you'll observe is related to single-channel versus dual-channel operation. Provided you are utilizing a dual-channel setup, the number of memory modules used has a negligible effect – Fortnite doesn’t require significant amounts of RAM.

Therefore, I should consider purchasing 2x4GB of 2400MHz RAM—will this be adequate?

My current system utilizes 4GB of DDR4 RAM at a speed of 2400MHz. Considering this, should I purchase either 8GB of DDR4 at 2400MHz to create a total capacity of 11GB, or 4GB at 2400MHz for an 8GB configuration?
