What features would you expect in a video game?
Action-oriented with precise controls and open worlds like in Arkham.
Narrative-focused with compelling storytelling and realistic voice acting where decisions matter (similar to The Walking Dead).
Shooter style emphasizing fluid gameplay and a solid plot, not just flashy set pieces (like Bioshock).
This project aims to create an advanced driving experience similar to Forza 4, but with enhanced realism in damage and vehicle dynamics. It should include drifting and mountain terrain features, emphasizing natural handling. Visual quality isn't the top priority as long as it feels authentic. The system must support over 30 tracks, manage thousands of vehicles, and offer extensive customization options—like swapping engines across various makes (e.g., Suzuki I3 in a Bugatti SS). Creative ideas include unusual engine combinations such as airplane engines in a VW bug. Multiplayer features should allow mini-games, detailed tuning controls for boost pressure, timing, gearing, tire settings, and more. Engine modifications like airplane engines on compact cars are welcome. A robust multiplayer mode with motion-based leaderboards and circuit tracks is essential. Realistic suspension and handling are crucial. The platform should enable users to upload custom car images with transparency. Full Oculus Rift compatibility is required, along with advanced steering wheel controls and force feedback. Drag racing features must include realistic drag effects, tire warm-up dynamics, and weather-adjustable drag systems. Detailed modifications such as individual rim adjustments, custom lug nuts, break calipers, interior finishes, lighting, and even body kits are encouraged. Weather conditions, fan systems, and mod-friendly components should be fully functional. Options for changing wheel rims, lights, and other parts should be available. Performance limits and specifications must be clearly defined. The ultimate goal is a versatile marketplace where users can showcase their builds, photos, and videos, with full creative freedom.
I want there to be no quests, no time limited/one time only items, no lock boxes, no pay2play and no pay2win. I want there to be scope for spontaneous social activity which encourages the uniting of community. I want there to be non linearity and richness of imagination towards content and for people to treat each other with dignity and respect. I am of course describing a return to the true golden days of MMOs, approximately 13+ years ago. What they have evolved into now is a mockery of what they once represented long ago.
The current game scene needs more modern RPGs and fantasy strategy games like Mass Effect. I'm craving Cyberpunk 2077 with a future twist, similar to Witcher but set ahead of time. I also want more high-end PC titles featuring hundreds of cars, varied tracks, and realistic physics—think floppy BeamNG with everything moving naturally.
I’m looking for games that stand apart from EA’s typical releases. No more excessive DLC or outdated plots, like a remake of a remake. Tombraider is a good example—she hunts treasures, and people keep buying it mainly because they want her to look more realistic. GJ, this game is ruined. Things I disliked in games: Resident Evil → Ashley! That character. I’ve killed her intentionally more than once. Fable 3 is great, but I’d rather not spend a year finishing it. If there’s a dreamgame, it should blend GTA and RPG elements. Like no story or short narrative, but with free choices. Adding RPG features should let players replace real life while keeping decision freedom. Can’t we mix Oculus Rift-style gameplay with GTA?
The narrative, personalities, and depth of the experience keep you invested in every goal you pursue. That’s why Mass Effect remains engaging despite its straightforward gameplay. You don’t need groundbreaking mechanics—just enough motivation to strive toward your aims.
