Usually I use 1600 DPI with the other three settings at 800, 1200 and 2000 DPI on my mouse, and a sensitivity of 15.00 in-game. I don’t remember adjusting the sensitivity slider at all when I first started playing.

I work at 1600 DPI with medium sensitivity, aiming with my arm. I moved from 3000 DPI and 2.5 sensitivity using my wrist, and noticed some better performance in flick shots after roughly half an hour of practice. My scope sensitivity is set to 38, which seems to align it with unscoped settings. I play Ana often and think it helps.
