Windows 3D Builder offers a unique approach to 3D modeling, providing a user-friendly interface that simplifies complex tasks. Compared to other free CAD tools, its intuitive design and built-in features make it stand out, though it may lack advanced capabilities found in paid alternatives. Its accessibility and ease of use can be advantageous for beginners or those seeking a straightforward solution.

Blender offers impressive capabilities. If you're looking for a free, highly capable alternative, you can obtain a complimentary two-year license to AutoCAD, Inventor, or Maya through Autodesk's site as a student. It works whether you're in college or high school.

I pressed it for two seconds and thought it might be a printing program... Although I don’t really need to use SolidWorks much.
