You can hover without any issues.
Your selection of DDR5 memory and a DDR4 motherboard won't work.
The PSU isn't impressive; you should be getting something with an 80+ plus gold rating. Corsair options would include the RM750, RM750x, or RM750e.
I'm not sure why a 1TB hard drive is necessary. You can easily get 2TB or more for backup purposes.
