A friend got this for me, but somehow no fans makes it look even bigger. The silver zip ties, blame me—I didn’t have black ones. In the last shot I slightly tightened one fan cable, though it’s not visible. 4090 was a big deal before; now it’s just a lot heavier. My GPU never exceeded 70°C peak, usually around 64°C at 4K, keeping up with a minimum of 100fps. I’ll test more later to check current temperatures. For those interested, the Noctua A12 is accurate even with dense fins. I measured about 17 fins per inch, and F12s are still better for most radiators. The card size changed from ~76.5mm to ~86.5mm, which is hard to read with these calipers. I dislike the offset style and don’t understand why it exists, but I’m glad the fans are only 10mm thicker than they should be.
The only thing I've done for the past couple years is procrastinate on cleaning my rig.
Note: This is an old image. I've replaced the Radikult-Custom reservoir for a Watercool - Heatkiller Tube 200 D5
(SKU: 30205), and I now use a 48" LG B4 OLED. I got tired of the limited vertical space.
