What desk for my gaming setup

I am having trouble deciding between getting the desk that Randomfrankp currently uses or the desk that Techsource currently uses. Is a wooden desk better than a marble desk? Is a motorized desk worth it?

would a marble desk give 500 extra fps ? + 200 XP extra comfort?

I am just wondering if I should get a marble desk or a wooden desk. Obviously I realize it won’t boost FPS. Which one would you find more astethicaly pleasing?
