I've been using my headphones for nearly two months on my laptop. After switching to my PC, the microphone stopped working completely (only the laptop is functional). I attempted to reinstall Realtek HD Audio Manager, but in sound settings it just shows a checkmark without any effect.

Consider using your headphones on a different functional audio device. Test other functional headphones on your laptop and desktop. Check if the issue is related to the headphones or remains with the desktop. For more details about TRS connectors, visit this link: https://www.cablechick.com.au/blog/under...dio-jacks/
