Does anyone know why my audio is stuttering or lagging? This issue occurs in many other games as well and it's very annoying. Thank you for your help.

Read until the end
Disconnect from internet
Remove the GPU driver via DDU (clean properly, do not restart)
Uninstall all processors (must be 12 on your system; ignore if it prompts to restart and continue uninstalling) using Device Manager
Restart PC to BIOS mode, then update to this BIOS version
After installation, go back to BIOS and select default or optimized settings, disable CSM, enable Above 4G Decoding and Resizable bar options (these features require CSM to be off), then save changes and exit
Power on Windows and install the latest Chipset driver (ensure it’s version 4.03.xx or newer)
Reboot after installation
Install the newest NVIDIA driver, then reconnect to the internet
*Proceed entirely offline until the reboot following chipset driver setup, including rebooting to BIOS if needed to apply XMP and previous configurations. Ensure RAM is installed on slots 2 and 4 if only two sticks are present.*
Prepare necessary files before step one
Execute CMD with admin privileges, then run chkdsk /x /f /r
Following that, run sfc /scannow
Verify Windows Update and install any available updates (excluding optional ones)
Activate Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (NVIDIA GPUs only) in graphics settings and restart.

It didn’t work, but I might have found a solution. If someone else has the same issue, I’ll share what I did. I had a UMAX webcam connected to my PC. While playing and having Discord open on another monitor, I noticed the webcam repeatedly tried to change the microphone settings, which caused audio stuttering. After unplugging it, the problem stopped. It was really strange and I wasn’t sure why it helped. Thanks Koekieezz for your help.
