I’m facing a problem where the LEDs on both my PC case and CPU cooler briefly activate after connecting to the USB 2.0 header, only to turn off afterward. The system starts up normally into Windows. I’ve tried using two separate USB 2.0 headers, but the issue continues. Here are the details of my setup:

CPU:
AMD Ryzen 9 9900X
Updated BIOS: ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X870E HERO
Cooler:
ZALMAN ALPHA2 A24

PC Case:
ZALMAN P50 DS

A video showing this behavior is available here: https://vimeo.com/1032473354/61724ff31f

I put it in and now I finally have the LED on my case!
But I'm still working through the problem with the AIO CPU missing display.
