My current setup includes:
Mobo : MSI B550 Tomahawk
CPU : Ryzen 9 5900X
GPU : Aorus RTX 3080 Master 10GB
RAM : 32GB T-Force 3200mhz DDR4 [16GB x 2]
PSU : Seasonic 850w GOLD
My question is whether to choose an Nvidia 5070 Ti or a 9070 XT (general GPU) or if I should opt for a new combination of Mobo - CPU - RAM, such as 9800X3D? Which option would boost my FPS and performance the most?
I mainly play Battlefield games and shooters in general.

It’s hard to say definitively, but lowering the clock speed to a 5800X3D could actually help with gaming and would be more affordable than purchasing a new 7/9000 series chip along with a new board and RAM, which would likely cost you at least $400-500. Also, it really depends on your resolution; at 4K it’s tough to hit a CPU bottleneck, though it might still be an issue at 1440p and even more so at 1080p. You’re probably getting more frames than your current GPU can handle, and upgrading your platform would likely improve performance. You might find this useful: the 5070Ti seems to reach its limit around a 5000 non-X3D chip.
In either scenario, you'll be disposing of your PSU. If so, could you provide the model number of your Seasonic 850W device? Additionally, how recent is this particular unit?
It relies on the cost. When considering the sam 5070Ti, it shows improved results in both raster and RT scenarios.

It's hard to say the game is heavily CPU-bound, but it shouldn't be. One thing to note is these new AMD and Nvidia GPUs support PCIe 5.0 while your board doesn't, which makes a bigger difference for productivity than for gaming.
that's why i kept thinking and i can't decide, because in my country Mobo, the price of a new Gen DDR5 and PCI-E 5 card is almost the same as an RTX 5070ti. i upgraded my mobo and cpu, added ram, and will keep the 3080 or get the 5070ti with an older system, so i can upgrade later.
