I installed a new theme and overlooked moving the Explorertheme.dll file. Now Task Manager, Command Prompt, and some other utilities work, but File Explorer is still missing. Can anyone suggest using Command Prompt to resolve this? Also, I have a recent restore point but can't access it without the GUI functioning properly.

I don't have access to your system details, but you can check your installed Windows versions by opening the Settings app or using the Control Panel. Let me know if you need help with anything else!

From a raised prompt execute the move command to transfer explorer.dll and theme.dll files.

Here are some alternative ways to phrase your question:
- How can I access the admin command prompt?
- What’s the method to open the admin command line?
- How do I reach the admin terminal?
- Can you guide me on how to get to the admin command interface?

If you access Task Manager via the Processes tab and click the option labeled "show processes from all users," it should close automatically. You’ll be asked to grant UAC permission, which will prompt you. After that, Task Manager should restart with admin privileges, then you can select File > Run > CMD. Once again, you’ll receive a UAC prompt before proceeding.
