Provide your complete hardware specifications, including the monitor. Are you running any overclocking? Does this issue manifest with a different cable?

I own a Dell 2417dg monitor with a refresh rate of 165Hz and response time of 1ms, featuring G-Sync technology. My system includes an Intel Core i9 processor and an MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, connected to a Maximus XI Hero motherboard. I have not performed any overclocking and this issue has also occurred with my PG258Q 240Hz monitor.
