i5 6400, rx 480, 530W PSU
My PC frequently displays a blue screen with messages like "critical process died" or "karnel data inpage error". Scans with sfc, dism, discs and ram all show good results, but gpu drivers were reinstalled using DDU. Page file settings are either ON or OFF without affecting the issue. The system doesn’t wake up from sleep when using two RAM sticks, so I’m using just one. I attempted to change the RAM slots but didn’t notice any improvement. Event viewer records errors 41 and 161, but no minidump files are generated. The HDD often spins down during gaming, then the system switches to SSD mode, which crashes after about two minutes. I’ve been dealing with this problem for over a year now. I recently replaced the RAM because it caused game errors during scans, but that didn’t resolve the issue. I’m open to any suggestions.

Is the motherboard information current? Which PSU is it? Verify HDD and SSD using manufacturer's tools. Monitor temperatures during CPU and GPU load. Inspect the CPU socket on the motherboard for any bends or discoloration.

Check the power settings and enable HD power off at zero...test. Share a screenshot from crystaldiskinfo for both drives.

They don't slow down since the idle timer finishes. I was already at 0 anyway.

C + D seems fine... what does disk E refer to?

It seems to be a drive from my old PC, with no software or games installed. The yellow color comes from 40 relocated sectors. I'm not sure how this affects anything, but I can remove the cable and see if it makes a difference, though I doubt it.

Run as administrator: perform a system scan, restore image health, and run memtest86+.
