Hey! I noticed a problem with my new monitor—it doesn’t reach the intended Hz. When using 1920 x 1080, it only drops to 120 instead of the expected 165, and on 2560 x 1440 it stays at 60 Hz. Could you help me fix this? Thanks!

Typically the problem lies with the connection. 165Hz might only work with DVI or DP, not HDMI. Verify which ports support 165Hz and ensure you're using the appropriate cable.
