What causes my computer to shut down unexpectedly?
I'm facing a problem where my desktop keeps restarting unexpectedly. It doesn't follow any pattern and happens randomly, sometimes for hours or days without warning, but often after using Chrome or Firefox. I've run tests like memtest and checked RAM, EventViewer, and even tried Safe Mode with no issues. The system boots normally after a sudden power loss, but it logs these as 'hard' restarts. I also used it in Safe Mode for 20 minutes without any problems. It seems to be a software issue, but I'm unsure if replacing the PSU or reinstalling Windows on a new SSD would help.
