Hello! I've observed some micro stutters in certain games on my new rig. I checked Afterburner for frametimes and average FPS with 0.1 and 1.0 lows, and here are the results. The game was Dead by Daylight, running at 90fps (120fps seems problematic, unsure why) on high and ultra settings. I'm not very familiar with these stats, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I didn't see many stutters during a few matches with these settings on DBD, except for some other games.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U12A 120mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI B550 A-PRO
Ram: Kingston FURY Beast 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) 3200 MHz DDR4
SSD/HDD: Two Samsung 870 EVO SSDs, both 1TB
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070 SUPER 12GB Gigabyte Windforce OC edition
PSU: Seasonic Focus GX-850w Gold Rated
PSU age: About a year old
Chassis: Fractal Design Meshify S2
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: Samsung CFG70 1920x1080
BIOS: AMI BIOS version 7C56vAJ

Include PSU age and BIOS version for your motherboard. If using recycled components, we'll have two sets of specifications—one pre- and one post-upgrade. What GPU driver version are you using?

Apologies! I updated my initial comment with all the necessary details.
The GPU driver I'm using right now is Nvidia's 576.28, which was released after DOOM: The Dark Ages. Before that version, I encountered crashes in Destiny 2.
These are not refurbished parts; they were all purchased new. This applies mainly to older titles, while newer games tend to work better. The Dark Ages ran smoothly, and Destiny 2 also performed well after the driver update. The AMD chipset drivers are also current.

It looks like a faulty GPU driver was the issue. Reusing DDU again, and now things are better after installing the newest Nvidia driver on Windows 11. Thanks to everyone who responded!
