What can be done to resolve the white "EZ Debug LED" issue on the motherboard?
Hi, I recently purchased an MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 4600G. After updating the BIOS to the latest non-beta release, the white debug LED indicating a CPU error illuminated. I attempted several troubleshooting methods: swapping the CPU, changing RAM sticks one by one, removing and reinserting the SSD, taking out the graphics card, disconnecting MOBO cables before reattaching, removing the CMOS battery and reinserting it, updating the BIOS to an older version, using multiple USB drives for updates, and updating PC specifications. The system is running on a Thermaltake case with the MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus motherboard, equipped with Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GPU, a 960GB Kingston SATA SSD, Cooler Master MWE 550 power supply, and a 20MT Argb case. Thank you for your assistance!
I changed the BIOS to the latest version, not a beta, but it didn't function properly. For the connections, I used only the MOBO cables (24 PIN) and the CPU cable. Could you clarify what the "10 PIN" refers to?
I posted this from my PC! I don’t know how it happened, but it started working fine now. There’s a little coil whine, but it’s not too bothersome. Thanks!
