I didn't try other PSUs but chose this one to avoid any issues with the others I tested. They all worked fine, and finally this one did too. However, after taking out the cooler and reattaching it two days later, the problem reappeared.

I also recall the PC shutting down immediately at startup only once. It might have been something that happened but didn't leave any smell, and it started working normally afterward. But now the main concern is the slow performance.

Based on what I know or researched, it seems like a VRM or PSU problem.

It might be beneficial to remove the cpu from the socket and inspect for any debris or bent pins. It’s quite simple to unintentionally extract the cpu during an AM4 swap, particularly if the thermal paste is very old and has caused the cooler and cpu to stick together.
Definitely worth considering this option.

I opened it up but didn’t find any problems—it looked normal at first glance. It might have been something small, like a pin, but I couldn’t see it clearly. It could also be thermal paste that dried on the CPU sides.
My priority is to fix it as soon as possible. If we can identify the faulty component later, swapping it out would be easier.
I’m looking for a simple troubleshooting guide that could help later.
