Works well on my upgraded system, though it struggled with the 1080 setup at 4K max. Now I consistently hit around 70 FPS with my 1080 Tis. With an RX 480 you'd likely see about 45 FPS at 1440p ultra, which is close to that ideal 60 FPS or maybe it can make the most of your monitor's refresh rate. I mainly play games on a Predator gaming screen (memory forgotten but still 1440p) or my 4K TV, both of which are usable.
I purchased it when it first came out and had fun sharing it with friends. As people mentioned, it can become repetitive when you play alone. Wildlands stood out to me as the best version of The Division. Adding AI during solo sessions really enhances the overall experience. It still feels much like The Division while offering a fresh twist.
