Other ideas could work too. I use UE5/Blender and the game is about half of my time. If you have any similar or better monitors, it would be great. I need something with >165hz and 1440p or >144hz and 4k, maybe a mini-led. PCPartPicker list

I would opt for the additional $20 to receive 64gb ram. Implemented several adjustments to secure the next level of GPU, a superior 1tb ssd for operating system, and an enhanced hdd. Keep your existing ssd for game storage.
