It seems NVidia might introduce new pricing for streaming services, so you should consider whether to keep your NVidia GPU or upgrade to an AMD one.

The citation is required for reference. Additionally, does AMD provide this service at no cost?

I think you mean Grid? If so it's perfectly normal, the infrastructure needs to be maintained and most of all game royalties must be paid... I wouldn't currently buy an nvidia gpu for other reasons though. Technically there's no reason for which grid shouldn't be available on pcs that don't have nvidia gpus by the way.

You'd find it hard to believe local broadcasting... sure about internet delivery.

Absolutely, I understand. Just to clarify, if you've already covered the costs of the games and your GPU, then you haven't paid enough yet.

It's not much of a concern, but what could matter is the expenses involved; the outcome will become clear later.

The organization managing the grid is responsible for covering the costs of ongoing server usage required for internet streaming.

touch, $$$, why aren't you getting paid for the games? Grid felt like Netflix... just need a shield or a local NVIDIA GPU to stream for free.

I think you're mixing up Shadowplay and Gamestream, but it's fine to earn money from costs like servers and staff. Twitch uses ads, and Nvidia charges for payments—no big deal. I don't see a problem with that. Also, great to see 2000 posts!
