Android P has been available for nearly a year. The Android Q development version is now beta. Are you asking about the latest update?

Android P had been released officially for my OP5T a while back... and even earlier if you opted to flash a development version onto it. Still, I believe it performs reasonably well, especially in terms of battery endurance.

I've been ignoring all the new Android updates for a long time, because they don't add any useful features that really help me.

I still find it engaging. Staying stuck in routine is usually a sign the system has settled into a stable phase, which can actually be positive. Still, I don’t feel the same thrill when fresh Android updates arrive.

You're looking for a highly customizable Android experience. Any ideas you have? Someone might already have built an app for it.
