I upgraded my computer recently with a new graphics card, an Intel processor, and some memory. But now I can't play games or watch videos at the same time, even though I turned down the video quality. The CPU is always running hard but the heat gets up to 68 degrees Celsius.

So, what's your screen setting? Which games do you play and which ones you're on live? Also, what kind of computer board do you have?

Screen size is 1920 by 1080 pixels. My favorite games are mostly Final Fantasy XIV or Monster Hunter Rise. I usually run two games at once without trouble, except when trying to stream Monster Hunter Rise then my frame rate gets bad.
