At 4.7Ghz and 1.350 volts, the average during full load is around 78°C to 74°C—this is my safe overclock performance. I've been using this voltage for two weeks without any overheating issues so far, which makes it much safer. No need for an extinguisher!
I'm running my 7700k at 4.7 with a core voltage of 1.19V. That's great... I should aim for 1.375V for 5.1Ghz.
Now my vcore is 1.185V, but it's still stable at 4.7Ghz. The stress test completed successfully with a max temperature of 70°C. The cooler master hyper 212x was running at 1400rpm.
Nah, I'm seeing 80C Max on the H115i with 1.425vcore at 5.1Ghz... Got any problems? ;-)
