For my 1700 model, temperatures above 85°C become very unstable, especially when using a 212 cooler with an airflow of 425 CFM.

The voltage is too high and the cooler isn't enough for overclocking. It would be better to drop it to 1.4, though that isn't completely safe.

It's unusual if the temperature limit is 95°C, as it suggests you're still within safe limits, independent of voltage.
