I have a Pentium G4400 processor, GT1030 graphics card, 8GB DDR4 RAM. My internet connection provides at least 8 Mbps download speed and 4-5 Mbps upload speed, with both occasionally reaching 8-9 Mbps. My streams experience significant lag within OBS. Please advise on the optimal settings to achieve stable FPS and good resolution. Any assistance is welcomed.

Optimal 720P bitrate approximately 1500-2000 kbps; increase to 2500 kbps if necessary. Twitch Streamers – Twitch Video Encoding/Bitrates/Information. stream.twitch.tv

If the stream clarity isn't good, I’ve meant that. If you have lags, you can opt for 480p 60.
