MSI GF75 Thin 8RC required a hinge fix due to severe damage. Upon returning it, I noticed those lines disappearing when I touched the screen panel. What should I do next?

Are the lines consistently present? I wouldn't be satisfied with that service if they returned something worse than what they received. Based on your description, it seems the hinges haven't been correctly positioned again. The fact you can press it and it works is the indicator for me. I would return it and request them to fix the problem they caused.
