I don't have access to current product databases, but you can find the model and SKU by checking the Dell website or contacting their customer support. Look for the specific refurbished Dell PC with Windows 11 listed in your order details.

Optiplex 3080, 49S79D3. I haven't faced any internet issues with Firefox on my previous PC running Windows 10. I'm curious if the problem might be related to Windows 11.

Do you notice a lot of Dell applications listed under settings->installed apps? If it's the original Dell version, it should already include all necessary drivers for the Optiplex 3080 hardware. However, if a fresh Windows 11 installation was made, you might need to install the ethernet adapter driver for improved speed and stability. It's not a tower desktop, but a 3080 Micro. The sole driver required for Windows to connect to the internet is the Realtek gigabit chip. There is no wireless module present, at least not by default.
