I purchased GTA IV during the Steam sale and want to customize it. I understand ICEnhancer is a top choice. Are there other recommendations? Does anyone know if the trainer mod is responsible for the unlimited and fast-shooting RPG shown in that video? What tutorial would be most helpful?
